METAL.
I went for a huge PAIN tone in this track with thanks to my buddy for loaning me his Digitech RP255 FX pedal to have a play with.
All guitars and bass recorded with my Les Paul Jnr in Drop D directly through the RP255 which was then fed straight into the PC for recording directly in Reason 9. Drums and synths + arrangement done with Reason 9.
Fun story, I recorded all of the guitar parts over 2 quick jam sessions with the RP255, with a drum loop on repeat.
The bulk of the track was then arranged in the hotel room on the laptop where I'm currently sitting in Melbourne lol so if some parts are a bit cut and paste it's because I had to make do with the recordings I made 3 days ago back at home where 90% of my gear is! smile
